Cancellation policy
We advise our guests to have a travel insurance which covers cancellations.
- Up to 8 weeks (56 days) before the start30% cancellation charge applies (loss of deposit)
- Between 6 and 5 weeks (35–55 days) before the start50% cancellation charge applies
- Less than 5 weeks (34 days) before the start100% cancellation charge applies
However, if you do have to cancel due to reasons beyond your control we are able, at our discretion, to transfer your dates to another time (subject to availability).
